This extremely affordably-priced floor-standing model is the entry into Klipsch's Reference Premiere Series. They boast dual 133mm (5.25") woofers for powerful bass and warm, clear mids, plus Klipsch's signature 25mm (1") titanium dome horn tweeter for crisp, extended, highs. Klipsch makes its cones out of specially treated aluminium that's strong yet lightweight to dampen and prevent distortion. With the Reference Premiere Series, Klipsch also gave these woofers a newly developed titanium voice coil former that allows more linear movement for enhanced efficiency, lower distortion, and extended low frequency response. Look around the back, and you'll see that instead of the conventional round port tube found on many speakers, Klipsch uses a Tractrix horn-shaped opening for smoother, more efficient airflow in and out of the cabinet. The resulting decrease in air turbulence makes for cleaner, more powerful bass with reduced port noise and low-frequency distortion. They can handle up to 125 Watts RMS and 500 Watts of peak power.
